Maxs’ Story

For most of my life, I have always strived to work out and stay in decent shape. However, I have never been able to get my body to the next level, solely because I did not know what I did not know. You would think that with as much time spent working out you would understand what you must do to see specific results, but that is not always the case.

There is a multitude of areas in our lives where we do not understand the benefit of gaining guidance from professionals in different fields. I had been training for over eleven years and did not see major results until I decided to hire a coach, Micah LaCerte from Hitch Fit .

From seeing the transformations of individuals who worked with Hitch Fit, I decided it was time to make a change and meet with a professional that understands the intricacies of building an exercise plan and, more importantly, a meal plan.

After reaching out to Micah, I shared my goals of getting in the best shape I have ever been in and the issues I struggle with when it comes to meal planning. Micah helped change the inevitable unhealthy path I was headed down.

He started by listening to the goals I wished to achieve in fitness and had me layout what a typical day of eating consisted of. It was eye-opening! After looking at what I used to eat, I was well over what my body needed in daily calories and, additionally, I noticed a large amount of those calories were made up from unhealthy foods that were not filling.

With the meal plan that was put together for me, I learned what the adequate amount of calories I need are and we also increased the number of meals I was consuming throughout the day. By addressing the make-up of what I ate to healthier filling foods, I no longer had the feeling that my stomach was a deep bottomless pit and maintained a sense of satisfaction throughout the day.

Micah and Diana have put together a phenomenal list of healthy foods that should be used to build a healthier lifestyle and to fulfill the many cravings that everyone experiences.

There is a sense of partnership from the entire team at Hitch Fit while going through the program. Knowing I had a partner to keep me accountable helped me with my self-discipline and maintaining focus on my goals. There are many times where I had questions about health and fitness throughout my journey and having Micah as a resource is unfathomable.

I now feel that I have reached the best shape I have been in so far physically and mentally. My mental clarity has never been better, and I have never slept better before. It is truly amazing what this transformation has done in all aspects of my life.

To get to this point is no small feat. It takes a lot of perseverance and self-discipline to achieve the result you want. But it is something that Micah and his team will help you with by teaching you the proper mindset and giving you the tools and support needed to achieve these goals.
