Based on multiple feedbacks received from our members, we understand and acknowledge the concern around the unavailability of swimming slots and pools across our locations in Delhi-NCR. While we planned for a speedy launch of all our swimming pools within this month, we have encountered a few unexpected hurdles in getting them up and running with all the statutory compliances and approvals in place. We want to assure you that our team is working to get the centers reopened as soon as possible while ensuring the highest level of safety.

Please also rest assured that not even a single day of your membership will go to waste due to the delay in the opening of our centers. We are targeting 15th April as the date when all our members will be able to utilize their membership without any hassle.

As a corrective measure from our end, we have already gone ahead and credited 45 days of extension to your account which will reflect under “duration left” in the profile section of your app. In case there are any further issues, please feel free to reach out to us by raising a support request (from the profile section in your app). We hope this helps alleviate your concerns for the time being and sincerely appreciate your patience and support.
